Booking and contract formation

Select the individual car, collection and return dates and local times, locations, coverage and extras. Review the full quote, correct any field before submission, enter your contact details and accept the rental conditions. Pay on arrival confirms the reservation on successful booking and creates an obligation to pay at collection. Pay online reserves a temporary checkout window and confirms only after successful payment is verified. A failed or expired payment does not confirm a rental. Keep your booking reference and confirmation.

The rental period and selected services are shown in your booking summary. Basic driver requirements are at least 21 years of age and at least two years holding a driving licence; the required documents must be checked at collection. The car selected is the individual vehicle reserved, not an unspecified category.

Prices, rental days and payment

Amounts are in EUR and include applicable IVA/taxes, as confirmed by the operator. Each started 24-hour rental period is billed as a rental day, using Málaga local times (Europe/Madrid). Daily rates may vary by season; your dated quote uses the applicable daily rates. The fleet-card rental total is the car rental amount for the dates, before optional coverage, extras, location fees or checkout discounts. Your final booking quote shows the selected charges and discounts before you confirm.

Pay online applies a 10% discount to the full booking price. An eligible discount code is then applied to the remaining amount according to its stated limits. Pay on arrival requires payment by card or cash at collection and does not require online card details. A deposit is a separate credit-card hold at collection and is not part of the rental price or referral commission.

Collection, return and extras

Collection and return at Málaga Airport or the ENZO office carry no location fee. Málaga train station costs EUR 30 each way. Custom address using the fixed-price location option costs EUR 50 for collection and EUR 50 for return; another custom location may require an individual quote. Enter the full address when requested. The dated booking quote is the source of the actual selected charges.

Each vehicle includes 150 kilometres per billed rental day; additional distance is EUR 0.10 per kilometre. Up to two child seats can be selected per car. With Basic, each seat costs EUR 10 per reservation; with Full Coverage, selected child seats are included without an added charge.

Coverage and deposit

Mandatory Basic coverage is included. The vehicle-specific deposit is shown before booking and is held on a credit card at collection. Full Coverage adds 30% of the car rental amount, shown as an exact EUR addition in the booking form; it removes the deposit for covered damage. Full Coverage does not cover lost keys, incorrect fuel, tyre damage or damage to the vehicle interior. These are coverage limitations, not a promise that every possible expense is covered. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel free of charge until 12 hours before the collection time. Later cancellation or failure to collect the car incurs the full reservation price under the stated policy, subject to mandatory law. For a prepaid booking cancelled within the free period, the booking system requests a refund of the rental payment; bank/provider processing time may apply. A car rental contract for specified dates falls within the withdrawal exception in Article 103(l) of the Spanish consumer law. A general 14-day online-shopping cooling-off right is therefore not offered for a dated rental; the cancellation policy above applies without restricting other mandatory rights.

You can keep or print these terms and your booking confirmation. Reservations and accepted policy versions are recorded by the booking system. Ask Legal@enzomobility.com for help, a copy of your booking information or an accessible version. Read our privacy policy; necessary booking processing does not rely on an advertising-consent checkbox.

La reserva con pago a la llegada implica la obligación de pagar al recoger el vehículo. El pago online se confirma tras verificar el pago y aplica un 10% de descuento sobre el total; después se aplica, si procede, el código promocional.

Edad mínima: 21 años; antigüedad mínima del permiso: dos años. Cada periodo iniciado de 24 horas se factura como un día; las tarifas pueden variar por temporada; los precios incluyen los impuestos/IVA aplicables. Aeropuerto y oficina: sin coste de entrega/devolución. Estación de Málaga: 30 EUR por trayecto. Dirección personalizada de precio fijo: 50 EUR por entrega y 50 EUR por devolución; otros destinos requieren presupuesto. 150 km por día incluidos; exceso a 0,10 EUR/km. Máximo dos sillas infantiles: 10 EUR cada una por reserva con Basic, incluidas con Full Coverage.

Basic incluye cobertura obligatoria y requiere la fianza específica mostrada, bloqueada en tarjeta de crédito al recoger. Full Coverage añade el 30% del alquiler del vehículo y elimina la fianza de daños cubiertos; excluye pérdida de llaves, combustible incorrecto, daños en neumáticos y daños interiores. La fianza es independiente del precio del alquiler.

Cancelación gratuita hasta 12 horas antes de la recogida. Después, o en caso de no presentarse, se aplica el precio total de la reserva conforme a la política y a la normativa imperativa. Los pagos anticipados cancelados dentro del plazo gratuito se reembolsan mediante el proveedor de pago. El alquiler para fechas específicas está exceptuado del desistimiento general de 14 días conforme al artículo 103(l) del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007.
