Each started 24-hour period counts as a full rental day. All times are local to Málaga.

Who can rent a car?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held a driving licence for at least 2 years.
When do I pay for the rental?
Pay the full rental total securely online through Stripe. Your reservation is confirmed after successful payment. Any Basic coverage deposit is held separately on a credit card at collection.
How is my online payment handled?
Stripe handles your payment securely. The rental total is charged when you complete payment. ENZO does not collect a rental deposit online; the Basic coverage deposit is held separately at collection.
When is the deposit held?
With Basic coverage, the vehicle-specific deposit is held on a credit card at collection. Full Coverage removes the deposit. Lost keys, incorrect fuel, tyre damage and interior damage remain excluded from Full Coverage.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 12 hours before collection for free. Cancellation within the final 12 hours, or a no-show, incurs the full reservation cost, charged to the saved card under the terms you accept.
Is my reservation confirmed immediately?
Yes. A successful online payment confirms your exact car and dates automatically. The car is held for 30 minutes while payment is open. If payment is not completed within that window, the hold expires and the car is released.
Do prices change with the season?
Yes. Each vehicle has its own daily rate and deposit. Seasonal daily rates apply to the selected rental period. Full Coverage adds 30% to the car rental price, excluding collection and return fees.
Can you deliver to another address?
Yes, other custom addresses can be quoted separately. Marbella delivery is €50 and Marbella collection is another €50. Málaga train station is €30 each way. Airport and office collection and return are free.
