Andalucía official complaint channels

You may use the official Andalusian hojas de quejas y reclamaciones. Information and forms are available through Junta de Andalucía’s complaints procedure and the Hoj@ electronic system. These links do not claim that Enzodrive has completed a particular registration or joined an arbitration scheme. Contact us for the applicable form and business response.

If the matter is unresolved, you may seek assistance from the local consumer information office (OMIC) or the competent consumer authority. Access to a court or mandatory consumer remedies is not excluded. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed in July 2025, so we do not provide a non-working ODR link.
