The cutoff, charges and refund process for your dated rental.
Free cancellation until 12 hours before collection
Cancellation is free until 12 hours before the booked collection time in Málaga local time. A later cancellation or no-show incurs the full reservation price under the booking conditions, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Keep a record of when you cancelled.
How to cancel
Use the private management link in your booking confirmation, or contact Legal@enzomobility.com with your booking reference. Do not publish your private token. The reservation status and cancellation fee, if any, are recorded. A cancelled car is released according to the booking system’s availability rules.
Online payment and Pay on arrival
When a prepaid confirmed reservation is cancelled in the free period, the system requests a refund through the payment provider. The bank or payment provider controls when it appears on your account. We do not promise an unverified fixed processing time. Pay on arrival has no online rental payment to refund; any applicable cancellation charge remains governed by the rental conditions.
Pay on arrival does not save a card online. This site does not promise that it can automatically charge a card that was never provided. Billing or settlement of a late cancellation must follow the actual payment arrangement and applicable law.
Dated rentals and your legal rights
The general 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases has an exception for car rental covering specified dates under Article 103(l) of the Spanish consumer law. This does not remove rights for an unperformed service, unlawful charge or another mandatory remedy. If we cannot provide the booked service, contact us for the applicable remedy; the customer cancellation policy is not a waiver of those rights.

Puede cancelar gratuitamente hasta 12 horas antes de la recogida, según la hora de Málaga. Las cancelaciones posteriores o la no presentación están sujetas al importe total de la reserva, sin perjuicio de los derechos imperativos. Use su enlace privado o escriba a Legal@enzomobility.com con la referencia. Los pagos online cancelados dentro del plazo gratuito se reembolsan a través del proveedor; el pago a la llegada no genera un reembolso de un cobro online inexistente. El alquiler con fechas concretas está exceptuado del desistimiento general de 14 días (artículo 103(l)).
